The 25 member workbench was renamed Southern Nevada Public Television (SNPT) restructured to include several councils with up to twenty members. The Council’s role is to set educational priorities and advisee on marketing strategies. AHECs were authorized by Congress and are established in selected communities by each state’s land grant university.
